Guests are solely responsible, at their own expense, for the professional installation, securing, maintenance, and removal of all personally owned tents, trailers, furnishings, and other tailgating equipment. All personal equipment remains the property and responsibility of the guest and is stored on-site between games at the owner's sole risk.

Guests acknowledge that weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, rain, lightning, flooding, and other acts of nature, may cause damage, displacement, or loss of personal property.
